PEMF therapy mats supplier matching with comparable quote fields

Our role is to turn a business buyer's intended configuration into a consistent supplier request. The brief records the requested mat format, dimensions, layer and insert materials, heating or field controls, rated voltage and power basis, controller, carry accessories, quantity unit, packaging, US destination and requested timing. We then coordinate candidate responses against that same scope. This process does not establish health efficacy, inventory, factory ownership or regulatory suitability.

Four workstreams keep supplier answers aligned

01

Configuration framing

We separate full-length, split-zone and foldable travel requirements rather than treating keyword variations as products. Buyers specify intended commercial channel, requested dimensions, construction questions, controller expectations and included accessories. If a supplier proposes a different layer system, control interface or carry package, the alternative is recorded instead of silently substituted.

02

Quantity and packaging basis

Each request states pieces, sets or another unit, quantity by variant and what one quoted set includes. Retail cartons, master-carton count, label artwork, printed inserts and replacement accessory packaging remain separate lines. This makes unit calculations meaningful and prevents a quote for bare mats from being compared with a quote that includes controllers, adapters and bags.

03

Evidence requests

Factories are asked which labels, manuals, declarations, test reports or other documents apply to the exact proposed model and manufacturer. A reference for another series remains a reference, not evidence. Claim wording, warnings and intended-market obligations are flagged for buyer or qualified professional review rather than presented as approvals.

04

Commercial normalization

Responses are compared on currency, MOQ by variant, sample scope, tooling, pack contents, production or dispatch assumption, delivery basis and exclusions. Optional budget information identifies currency and whether it applies per unit or to the complete order. Buyer preference for high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided is not treated as a verified supplier rating.

What the comparison can and cannot conclude

A completed matrix can show which supplier answered a requirement, proposed an alternative or left a field unresolved. It cannot by itself prove medical benefit, legal market access, long-term durability or factory capability. Those conclusions require appropriate evidence and qualified review.
